What we do

Phoenix Rising For Children (PRFC) provides a safe and positive contact service for children and their families. Supervised Family Contact is required for reasons relevant to each family and we recognise that children’s contact and relationship with their parents is important for their wellbeing and development.

We understand that contact visits, whether court-ordered or by agreement, are an opportunity for families to maintain ongoing relationships or develop new ones. We offer parents and significant others who may not reside with the child, the opportunity to meet in safe, relaxed, and supportive environments.

We understand organising contact arrangements can be stressful for those involved, and we seek to work with families and other professionals to coordinate visits in a helpful way.
